Job Description

  • Territory Sales The person in charge will be responsible for achieving pre-agreed sales targets and maintaining customer relationships within an assigned territory.
  • He or she will be managing the assigned dealers and Sub-dealers and drive Secondary sales targets from those customers
  • Minimum 10-12 calls per day and ensure Daily Secondary target achievement and achieving the beat target and related KPIs
  • Ensure purchases are registered in Crown Club App and educate customers
  • Market analysis and competitor study for identifying new sub-dealers/direct dealers and distributors and Appointing New Dealers and Retailers in assigned territory
  • Meeting existing Dealer & Distributors on a regular basis as per assigned beats and ensuring beat adherence (Callage, Coverage, and Compliance)
  • Engaging with influencers like fabricators and architects, Conducting sales promotional activities like Sub-Dealer Meet, & Other promotional activities in assigned territory as per company plans
  • Monitoring and Analysing new dealer performance to assess which among new dealers/ sub-dealers can be elevated to regular scheme
  • Scheme communication to target dealers and sub-dealers
  • Communicating and Tracking scheme and its effectiveness on a Daily / Weekly basis
  • Product Knowledge of Saint Gobain and New product launch – pitching to distributor/direct dealer and sub-dealer
  • Guide dealers through the first phase through initiatives like in-shop selling, expansion/ customization of product range and the right display at counters
