- Investigate suspicious activities and behaviors that pose risks to Amazon and our customers.
- Ensure high-quality decisions by applying CTPS standard operational procedures.
- Identify known fraud patterns and discover new trends to minimize risks.
- Utilize a range of tools to research transactions and gather data for accurate decision-making.
- Help minimize Amazon’s financial, legal, and reputational risks while maintaining confidentiality and data security standards.
- Achieve weekly productivity and quality standards for investigations.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
