Job Description
As a Travel Consultant at RideNow, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, plan and book travel itineraries, and ensure seamless experiences for our clients.
- Consult with clients to understand travel requirements and preferences.
- Research and recommend suitable travel options (flights, hotels, packages).
- Book and manage travel arrangements (flight tickets, hotel reservations, transfers).
- Provide real-time updates and support throughout the travel process.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing) to enhance customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, destinations, and supplier offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in travel consulting or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian and international travel destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in travel software and technology.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is an added advantage.
