Job Description
- The candidate would be responsible for Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, and Interviewing the resources as per the client’s requirements.
- Utilize innovative and effective convincing/negotiation skills to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with the Account managers to get feedback on the interviewed candidate.
