Job Description
- Responsible for handling Engineering/Technical/IT/non-IT requirements
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, qualifying, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of candidate submittals into interviews and placements
- Responsible for strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
Requirements:
- 0-6 Months of previous experience in staffing/Recruitment/BPO/RPO/KPO in the voice/call/chat process (I am not looking anyone with more than 6 Months of experience, This position is for freshers only)
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Having a good internet connection (broadband/WiFi with 50-70 MBPS speed)
- Having a computer/laptop with at least 4GB RAM (preferably 8GB)
- Understanding of Boolean search string, time zone, US Visa type, and tax terms.
- An isolated/dedicated space at home to work without disturbance and call 60-70 candidates every day
