Job Description
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in writing, reading, and speaking English & Hindi
- Proficient in using computers and MS Office
- Able to type 30 words per minute in the preferred language
- Fair knowledge of navigation on Google Maps and Geography
- Able to work in different shifts depending on business requirements
- Good in applying theoretical knowledge into practice and making sound decisions based on predefined policies
- Follow all compliance and security measures related to client data
- Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented
- Meet client metrics & related issues on time with the highest quality, and stay up to date with the process knowledge/changes. Refer to knowledge updates/repositories to effectively process transactions
- Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the daily/monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
